Succulents Depot LLC operates Succulents Depot Social Studio, a restricted tool for authorized operators to prepare, review and manage content for our Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. This notice covers information processed through Social Studio. Our store privacy policy covers shopping, store visits and related services.
Information used by Social Studio
- Authorized operator identifiers and the Page, Instagram account and application identifiers needed to establish and protect the connection.
- Connection credentials, granted permissions, account bindings and verification or expiry information. Credentials are held in restricted server-side storage and are not displayed in the Studio client.
- Draft captions, uploaded images or videos, source/creator/rights information, selected destinations, intended publication times and approval records.
- Publication identifiers, processing results and limited authentication, security and operational records.
How we use this information
We use this information to verify authorized access, prepare and review content, carry out approved publication when enabled, check outcomes, prevent duplicate actions, investigate failures and handle privacy requests. Connecting an account does not itself approve publication.
Social Studio does not manage private messages, comments or advertising audiences. We do not sell or license its Meta data or use that data to train AI models.
Services that process information
Social Studio uses Amazon Web Services for server-side records and media, Cloudflare for owner access and web delivery, and Sentry for limited operational error reporting. Meta receives connection and account-check requests and, for authorized publication, the selected caption and media. Meta processes information under its own policies. Visiting these public notice pages also uses our store website, as described in the store privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only while needed for the purposes described here. Retention is reviewed separately for account connections, drafts and media, and publication records. We promptly delete or irreversibly de-identify relevant data when it is no longer needed or after a verified deletion request, unless a specific legal requirement requires limited retention. We explain any applicable legal retention and restrict that retained data to its required purpose.
Deleting Studio records does not automatically remove content already published on Facebook or Instagram. Requests involving published content are addressed with the authorized Page or account owner and Meta as appropriate.
Your requests and contact
Anyone whose information is processed by Social Studio can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@succulentsdepot.com. Studio sign-in is not required to make a request. We use proportionate checks to verify the requester and the scope of the request.
