You can request deletion of information processed by Succulents Depot Social Studio without signing in to the Studio. These instructions apply to the Studio connection and its records; our store privacy policy covers store customer information.
Send a request
Email support@succulentsdepot.com with the subject Social Studio data deletion request. Tell us the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, the information you want deleted, and how we can reply. A public account name, handle or identifier is sufficient to start the request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, authentication or MFA codes, payment details or unrelated customer/order information. You do not have to be a Studio operator to request deletion of your own personal information.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and use proportionate checks to verify the requester and the information involved.
- For a verified request, we stop the affected Studio use and promptly delete or irreversibly de-identify relevant connection credentials, copied account data, drafts, media and associated records within our control, including relevant service-provider copies.
- We confirm the outcome or explain any specific legal requirement that requires limited retention. Any such retained information is restricted to that purpose.
Disconnecting the app and published posts
You can review and remove the app's access in Meta's app or business-integration settings. Removing access there does not by itself confirm that our stored Studio data has been erased; please send the deletion request above.
Deleting Studio data does not automatically delete posts already on Facebook or Instagram. If your request includes published content, identify the relevant post or account. We address that part of the request with the authorized Page or account owner and Meta as appropriate and explain the outcome.
More information
Read the Social Studio Privacy Notice for the information used by the tool and its purposes. For a store customer-data request, identify it as such so we can route it under the store privacy process.
