Graptoveria mendozae is part of the Crassulaceae family, and they are native to Veracruz, Mexico. They present full and rounded leaves, which are mostly green in the summer, and the leaves will appear lovely pink in autumn and winter when sunlight is sufficient. As they grow, they are expected to get up to 6 inches in height. These plants produce white, star-shaped flowers. They are beautiful additions to your plant collection!

Care Tips

Light: Graptoveria mendozae likes to be in full sun.

Water: It is best to use the soak and dry method, which means soak the soil completely and don't water it again till it's completely dry.

Soil:  It’s recommended to use well-draining soil.

Potting: It is recommended to use ceramic pots. Ceramic pots have a certain degree of permeability. Clay pots lose water too quickly, and plastic pots tend to retain water for too long and permeability is poor.

Temperature: The best temperature for them to grow is between 50-80°F (10-27°C).

Humidity: Graptoveria mendozae needs to have a humidity lower than 50%, so the leaves aren’t getting sticky and don’t wilt.

    Care Instructions

Please visit our Succulent Care info page for more details.

To ensure the health of succulents, it is important to plant them in porous, well-draining soil. Succulents require little watering, but don't like to sit in wet soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.

Make sure to leave drought periods between waterings to prevent the plant from water-logging.
